  • Built and deployed a policy aware auto closure bot integrated with Jira using inactivity timers, working hours safety rails, and escalation skip logic, raising SLA on time to about 95% and closing more than 1,000 stalled tickets in the first month.
  • Designed the Agent Nexus context layer with multi tenant Jira ingestion and indexes for similarity and bounded chunks. Shipped retrieval APIs delivering 10 to 50 ms similarity and 100 to 200 ms lookups, plus audit for retraining cycles.
